Product Owner - Retail ERP Software

Product Vision & Roadmap
Define and maintain the product vision aligned with retail business objectives.
Develop a roadmap that addresses market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Backlog Ownership
Prioritize and manage the product backlog to maximize business value.
Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with retail clients, internal teams, and external partners to gather requirements.
Act as the voice of the customer during development cycles.
Delivery & Qualit
Ensure timely delivery of ERP features with high quality and usability.
Validate releases against functional and business requirements.
Market & Customer Insights
Monitor retail ERP trends and competitor offerings.
Advocate for customer-centric design and continuous improvement.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
Experience:
3+ years as a Product Owner or similar role in ERP or retail technology.
Strong understanding of retail operations and ERP modules (inventory, POS, finance).
Experience of the SAP Retail solution in a project setting.
Skills:
Proficient in Agile methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
