Product Owner – Retail ERP Software
- Product Vision & Roadmap.
- Define and maintain the product vision aligned with retail business objectives.
- Develop a roadmap that addresses market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Backlog Ownership
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog to maximize business value.
- Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with retail clients, internal teams, and external partners to gather requirements.
- Act as the voice of the customer during development cycles.
- Delivery & Quality
- Ensure timely delivery of ERP features with high quality and usability.
- Validate releases against functional and business requirements.
- Market & Customer Insights
- Monitor retail ERP trends and competitor offerings.
- Advocate for customer-centric design and continuous improvement.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Experience:
- 3+ years as a Product Owner or similar role in ERP or retail technology.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and ERP modules (inventory, POS, finance).
- Experience of the SAP Retail solution in a project setting.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
