SAP Business Manager

  • Collaborate with the Manager and team to define sales strategies and create action plans for target industries.
  • Identify and develop new markets by sourcing databases and building networks.
  • Explore and evaluate potential clients and propose solutions that meet their business needs.
  • Design and implement partnership programs with service/cloud partners.
  • Work closely with SAP principals to plan sales support activities, including training and events.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by executing sales and action plans.
  • Approach and qualify potential clients, and work with consulting teams to prepare presentations, demos, and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients and vendors, ensuring successful deal closures.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients post-contract signing, monitoring project progress and ensuring timely payment collection.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by executing sales and action plans.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales is a MUST.
  • Experience in ERP sales (3 years or more) is a plus, with SAP sales experience being highly desirable.
  • Good communication skills in English (written and spoken) are a must.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good teamwork, active listening, and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, patient, and possess a can-do attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Resume must be submitted in English, and interviews will be conducted in English.
  • Able to learn the basic technical features to facilitate solution introduction to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and principals.
  • Ability to predict the chances of success of the project, as well as construction and development projects based on the needs of customers.
  • Achieve sales target.
