Senior SAP FICO Consultant

  • Lead and facilitate Business Blueprint workshops with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.
  • Design end-to-end SAP solutions and prepare comprehensive functional specifications aligned with business needs and SAP best practices.
  • Perform advanced system configuration and ensure optimal system performance.
  • Oversee and execute unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities to ensure solution quality.
  • Act as a key liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Work closely with developers to design, review, and test FRICEW objects (Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Workflows).
  • Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
  • Provide expert advice on process improvements and system optimization based on SAP standards.
  • Lead and mentor junior consultants, providing guidance and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and documentation for key users and stakeholders.
  • Manage and deliver tasks independently, ensuring high-quality outcomes within project timelines.
  • Actively participate in SAP implementation, rollout, and support & maintenance projects.
  • Handle complex issues and provide resolution for helpdesk tickets, ensuring minimal business disruption.

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant or relevant role.
• Involvement in at least 5 full-cycle projects or equivalent experience.
• Experience in SAP S/4 HANA and SAP Fiori implementation.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proficient in both English and Vietnamese.
• Knowledge of Japanese language will be a plus point.
