Senior SAP CAR Consultant

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert SAP CAR advice and support to the project team and clients.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide insights to improve business processes.
  • Design, configure, and implement SAP CAR solutions with the development team.
  • Create Functional Specifications.
  • Provide training and support to end-users.
  • CAR Modules Required: POS DTA, OAA, OSA, UDF.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in related majors.
  • Involved in at least 3 full cycle projects or equivalent experience for mid-level, more than 4 full cycle projects for senior-level.
  • Must have skills in SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR).
  • Nice to have experience to work in Agile framework and Retail industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel if required.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in English (and Bahasa Melayu for those based in Malaysia).
  • Knowledge of Japanese language will be a plus point.
