Senior Project Manager

• Participating in evaluation and analysis activities before project initiation.
• Performing project management activities, leading the project team to achieve objectives and meet stakeholders’ expectations.
• Adapting to the organization’s project and quality management processes and standards.
• Coordinating with other departments to plan and allocate resources for the project.
• Negotiating and reaching agreements with customers on project stages, acceptance criteria, communication mechanisms, and roles and responsibilities.
• Coordinating with IT on both sides to prepare necessary hardware infrastructure.
• Controlling the project’s scope of work according to the signed contract.
• Managing arising requests in accordance with company procedures.
• Developing plans to control project handover quality.
• Creating plans to prevent and overcome risks during project implementation.
• Supervising and motivating project members to adhere to schedules.
• Reviewing and re-evaluating the project plan after each stage.
• Evaluating the results of project participants upon project closure.
• Sharing project successes and lessons learned with relevant departments.

• University degree in related majors.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Working experience in managing at least 5 ERP implementation/rollout full life cycles or support and development projects.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong knowledge of Project Management Processes.
• Proficient in at least one project management tool.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in job distribution.
