SAP Retail Consultant

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively participate in SAP implementation and rollout projects as well as support and maintenance projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver Business Blueprint sessions, documentation, configuration, functional specifications, and unit/integration test scripts aligned with business requirements.
  • Work closely with Developers to create Functional Specifications and test forms, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and workflows.
  • Develop Key User Training Documentation to empower users and ensure effective system adoption.
  • Ensure quality deliverables within designated project timelines.
  • Provide integration support for other SAP modules and external software.
  • Assist with helpdesk ticket resolution to support end-users.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant or relevant experience, with a strong focus on Retail. Retail experience is a MUST.
  • Proven involvement in 1-2 full cycle projects or equivalent experience.
  • Experienced in SAP S/4 HANA and SAP Fiori Implementation.
  • Strong working knowledge in respective modules (Retail, SD).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a proactive, creative, and can-do attitude.
  • Superb collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
