Human Resource Officer

Collaborate with the HR Specialist to handle core HR duties:

    • Recruitment support: job postings on recruitment platforms (company website, LinkedIn, Facebook, VietnamWorks, etc.), candidate sourcing via social networks, CV screening, candidate outreach, interview scheduling, reference checks.
    • Onboarding & offboarding: follow internal procedures, support orientation onboarding sessions, exit procedures and clearance
    • Compulsory insurance (SI/HI/UI): collect and provide necessary information for registration and termination of permanent staff, manage dependent registration.
    • PIT support: support employees during annual PIT finalisation
    • Collect and verify monthly timesheet, OT, leave, and allowance data
    • Employee records: maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files (physical and digital) in line with data privacy and confidentiality standards
    • Labour compliance: support statutory reporting, filings, and internal audit requirements
    • Employee engagement & internal communications: support new joiner announcements, company events, and internal HR communications.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or equivalent
  • Minimum 2–3 years of HR operations or HR administrative experience
  • Solid understanding of Vietnamese labour law fundamentals (Labour Code, SI/HI/UI, PIT)
  • Hands-on experience with compulsory insurance procedures and PIT documentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good written and spoken English — minimum TOEIC 600+ / IELTS 5.5+ or equivalent (for internal communication and regional reporting)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information with discretion
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision
