SAP Account Manager

  • Collaborate closely with the management team to develop and implement sales strategies and action plans for target industries.
  • Identify and explore new market opportunities, generate leads, and build networks.
  • Evaluate potential markets and clients to expand business opportunities.
  • Propose and tailor SAP solutions and services to meet clients’ needs effectively.
  • Quickly grasp basic SAP technical features to assist in client solution demonstrations.
  • Coordinate with SAP principals to develop sales support plans, including training sessions and co-hosted events.
  • Drive sales efforts to achieve targets by executing established strategies and action plans.
  • Approach, qualify, and engage potential clients. Work with the consulting team to prepare client presentations, demos, and proposals.
  • Accurately assess project success potential based on customer needs and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing structures with clients and vendors to ensure deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and SAP principals, ensuring a high level of trust and satisfaction at all stages.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-contract signing, managing project progress, facilitating payments collection, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets by delivering high-quality SAP solutions.
  • Continuously build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales (a must).
  • 2+ years of experience in selling ERP solutions (SAP preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong teamwork, customer service, and listening skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Resume submission and interviews will be conducted in English.
