SAP Account Manager
- Collaborate closely with the management team to develop and implement sales strategies and action plans for target industries.
- Identify and explore new market opportunities, generate leads, and build networks.
- Evaluate potential markets and clients to expand business opportunities.
- Propose and tailor SAP solutions and services to meet clients’ needs effectively.
- Quickly grasp basic SAP technical features to assist in client solution demonstrations.
- Coordinate with SAP principals to develop sales support plans, including training sessions and co-hosted events.
- Drive sales efforts to achieve targets by executing established strategies and action plans.
- Approach, qualify, and engage potential clients. Work with the consulting team to prepare client presentations, demos, and proposals.
- Accurately assess project success potential based on customer needs and develop appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing structures with clients and vendors to ensure deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and SAP principals, ensuring a high level of trust and satisfaction at all stages.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-contract signing, managing project progress, facilitating payments collection, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets by delivering high-quality SAP solutions.
- Continuously build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales (a must).
- 2+ years of experience in selling ERP solutions (SAP preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong teamwork, customer service, and listening skills.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
