
Senior SAP MM Consultant
• Deliver Business Blueprint sessions and documentation, Configuration, Functional specifications, unit test scripts, Integration test scripts as per the business requirement.
• Work closely with developers, producing Functional Specs and testing various components such as Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Workflows.
• Ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules.
• Collaborate on providing requirements for integration with external software.
• Develop key user training documentation.
• Deliver quality outcomes within designated project timelines.
• Participate actively in SAP implementation & rollout projects, as well as support & maintenance projects.
• Conduct SAP training using official SAP Education documents.
• Provide support for helpdesk tickets.
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in designing and configuring MM modules.
• Participation in at least 5 full-cycle projects or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and SAP Fiori implementation.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects simultaneously.
• Experience in a professional services or distribution company.
• Strong understanding of business processes from a customer perspective.
• Effective team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude, demonstrating adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness.
• Bright, outgoing personality with a positive outlook and strong team-working capabilities.
• Tenacious and willing to work extra hours when necessary to complete tasks.
• Ability to develop immediate credibility with all levels of consultants and gain an in-depth understanding of the business and customers.
• Clear and effective communication of decisions and requirements.
• Diplomatic yet assertive in conflict resolution and problem-solving, balancing the needs of the individual, the client, and the organization.
• Confident in managing multiple tasks and tight deadlines in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
• Willingness to travel.
