SAP Fresher Consultant

• Participate in the 2-year SAP Fresher Development Program.
• Receive training in SAP S/4HANA (MM, SD, FI, CO, PP, Retail), SAP BTP, SAP Analytics, and Activate methodology.
• Support SAP project teams: documentation, process mapping, requirement analysis, testing (SIT/UAT), data validation, and training preparation.
• Perform system configuration with guidance from senior consultants.
• Assist in troubleshooting and preparing solution proposals.
• Contribute to internal best practices, templates, accelerators, and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Continuously develop functional and technical capabilities through hands-on learning and certification.

 Graduated Freshers

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related fields (GPA ≥ 7.0/10 or ≥ 3.0/4.0).
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese (IELTS ≥ 6.5, TOEIC ≥ 700, or degree from an English-speaking country).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; eager and quick to learn new technologies.
  • Teamwork spirit, discipline, curiosity, and passion for consulting and business digital transformation.
  • Japanese language proficiency is a plus.

 Career Switchers

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any relevant field.
  • 1–5 years of working experience in related business domains.
  • Preferably with:
  • Retail industry experience, or
  • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, Dynamics, Odoo, Epicor, Infor, etc.).
  • Ability to apply domain knowledge in an SAP consulting context with strong logical thinking and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese (IELTS ≥ 6.5, TOEIC ≥ 700, or degree from an English-speaking country).
  • Strong motivation for upskilling and a long-term commitment to SAP consulting.
  • Japanese language proficiency is a plus.
