Delivery Leadership & Solution Governance
- Lead day-to-day SAP Delivery operations and ensure consistent solution quality across all engagements.
- Maintain governance standards including QA/QC, risk & issue management, scope & change control, and SAP Activate methodology.
- Review and approve key solution designs within delegated authority; escalate to upper management when required.
- Act as escalation point for complex delivery issues and coordinate resolution among internal teams and external stakeholders.
People Leadership & Competency Development
- Manage Consulting team members including Consultants, Leads, Architects, and Project Managers.
- Conduct coaching, mentoring, performance evaluations, and career development planning.
- Drive competency uplift initiatives, certification planning, and structured learning programs.
- Support succession planning and foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance.
Resource Planning & Project Governance
- Plan and allocate resources based on project requirements and consultant competencies.
- Monitor utilization, productivity, and operational KPIs for the Consulting team.
- Ensure adherence to PMO standards and internal delivery methodologies.
Project Financial Governance
- Govern financial performance across assigned projects: effort planning, cost control, burn rate, and margin protection.
- Analyze variances, identify financial risks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare and present financial forecasts and reporting for ongoing delivery engagements.
Presales Support & Sales Collaboration
- Contribute to presales activities as needed: solution review, scope assessment, effort estimation, and delivery approach validation.
- Support customer presentations to ensure solution feasibility and delivery alignment.
- Ensure smooth transition from presales to delivery with clear and realistic commitments.
Delivery Methodology & Continuous Improvement
- Lead initiatives to improve delivery processes, templates, and playbooks.
- Promote knowledge sharing, standardization, and adoption of best practices across the Consulting Practice.
- Identify opportunities for delivery efficiency, solution quality improvement, and risk mitigation.
- 15–20 years of SAP implementation experience across multiple modules and industries.
- Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience managing Consulting or Delivery organizations.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and cross-module integration.
- Proven experience with project financial governance (effort planning, cost control, margin improvement).
- Strong PMO governance capability with expertise in SAP Activate, QA/QC, and project lifecycle control.
- Demonstrated success in team leadership, performance management, and competency development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and escalation-handling skills.
- Fluent in English for communication, documentation, and customer-facing interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
