SAP Business Development

  • Work closely with the Manager and team to establish Sales and Partnership strategies and develop action plans for target industries.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, source database leads, and build professional networks.
  • Research and develop effective partnership programs with service and cloud partners.
  • Explore and evaluate potential markets and clients, proposing suitable solutions and services to meet their needs.
  • Work closely with principal (SAP) to build sales-support plan (training, co-events, etc…).
  • Approach and qualify potential clients; work with the consulting team to prepare meeting presentations, demonstrations, and draft proposals.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing structures with clients and vendors to facilitate the deals closure.
  • Serve as the primary contact point for clients after contract signing, monitoring project progress and payment collection.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through the effective execution of strategies and action plans.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales is a MUST.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in selling ERP solutions is a plus.
  • Prior experience in selling SAP solutions is an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills in English (both spoken and written) are a MUST.
  • Good teamwork skills, listening skills and good customer service skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Resume must be submitted in English, and interviews will be conducted in English.
  • Learn and understand the basic solution features to facilitate product demonstrations to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and principals.
  • Negotiate effectively with clients across all levels.
  • Consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Sales commission.
